Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• ●Account data — your email address, and a password (hashed) or a Google sign-in identifier.
• ●Content you upload — the audio files you submit and the clips generated from them.
• ●Billing data — plan, credits, and purchase history. Card details are entered on our payment provider's checkout; we never receive or store full card numbers.
• ●Usage & device data — basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and actions in the app, used for security and to operate the service.
• ●Communications — messages you send us and your email preferences.

2. How we use your data

• ●To provide the service — create your account, process uploads, and generate and deliver your clips.
• ●To process payments, credits, and receipts through our payment provider.
• ●To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
• ●To provide support and send essential service (transactional) emails.
• ●To send product and marketing emails only if you opt in; you can withdraw consent anytime via the unsubscribe link.

3. How your uploaded audio is used

Your uploaded audio is processed only to generate the lyric videos you request. We do not use your audio to train or improve AI models, and we don't sell it. Processing may involve the third-party AI providers listed below, acting on our instructions.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

5. Who we share data with (sub-processors)

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:

• ●Supabase — authentication and application database.
• ●Cloudflare R2 — storage of uploaded audio and generated clips.
• ●Lemon Squeezy — payments and subscription billing (Merchant of Record).
• ●Resend — transactional email (login codes, receipts, Fan Pages acknowledgements).
• ●Google — optional single sign-on, and tag delivery via Google Tag Manager.
• ●Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure.
• ●Replicate — AI model inference for song-structure analysis (sections, BPM, beats).
• ●ElevenLabs — speech-to-text transcription of uploaded audio.
• ●OpenRouter — AI text processing for music tags, vibe prompts, and clip embeddings.
• ●Railway — render worker hosting for exported lyric videos.
• ●PostHog — product analytics and masked session replay.
• ●Meta Platforms — advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel.

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6. International transfers

We operate from Republic of Armenia and our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers of data out of the EEA/UK.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account and content data while your account is active. You can delete your uploads and clips, or your whole account, at any time; we then delete or de-identify the data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep limited records (for example, billing) to meet legal obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Under the GDPR you can also complain to your local data-protection authority. Under the CCPA/CPRA (California) you can request to know, delete, and correct your data and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — we don't sell or share your data in that sense — and we won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights. 9. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep the app working. If we later add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we'll ask for your consent first where required.

10. Marketing emails

We only send marketing email if you opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing doesn't affect essential service emails (such as sign-in, receipts, and security notices).

11. Children

The service isn't directed to children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the "last updated" date above; material changes will be notified where required.
