● Cookie Policy
Last updated 5 July 2026
This policy explains how Reelyrics uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, tracking pixels), the categories we run, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. We use them — and similar technologies — to keep you signed in, keep the studio secure, remember your cookie choice, and understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
Strictly-necessary items always run because the service can't work without them. Product analytics is on by default but you can switch it off at any time.
Keep the studio working — sign-in, security, billing, and remembering your cookie choice. This also covers our tag manager and marketing pixel, which we run site-wide. Always on.
PostHog product analytics and session replay, so we can see which parts of the studio get used and fix the rough edges. Anything you type — lyrics, emails, card fields — is masked and never recorded.
Some cookies are set by third parties we embed. We run Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel site-wide for measurement and marketing, and PostHog for product analytics and masked session replay (content you type — lyrics, emails, card fields — is never recorded). These providers process data under their own privacy policies; see our Privacy Policy for the full list of sub-processors and your rights.
Your analytics choice is remembered in a first-party reelyrics_consent cookie for up to a year. You can revisit it anytime:
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break sign-in and other core features.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When the set of cookies changes meaningfully, we'll ask you to review your choice again. The date above always reflects the latest version.
