Payments for Reelyrics are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), who is the seller of record and issues your receipt. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.
If Reelyrics isn't for you, tell us within 14 days of the payment and we'll refund it. For subscriptions that's the full amount of your most recent payment, no questions asked. For credit packs it's the part you haven't spent — the arithmetic is in section 3, because credits are consumable and we'd rather show the sum than surprise you with it.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the then-current price for the same interval (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. The price and interval are stated next to the button before you pay.
You can cancel anytime via the manage-subscription link in your Lemon Squeezy payment receipt (customer portal). Cancelling stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Within 14 days of a payment — your first or any renewal — we'll refund that payment in full on request. After 14 days we don't refund the unused part of a period you've already paid for, except where required by law; cancelling is what stops the next charge.
One-time credit packs are delivered immediately as digital credits and never expire. Within 14 days of buying one, we'll refund the credits you haven't spent, pro rata: we take the number of credits from that pack still sitting in your balance, divide by the number the pack contained, and refund that share of what you paid. Exports you've already made are counted against the pack, oldest purchase first.
For example: a 100-credit pack bought for $12, with three exports (30 credits) made since. 70 of 100 credits are unspent, so the refund is 70% of $12 — $8.40. If you've spent the whole pack, there's nothing left to refund; if you've spent none of it, you get all $12 back.
After 14 days, credit packs are non-refundable except where required by law or as described below. The credits themselves stay yours and don't expire.
If you're a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, a 14-day "cooling-off" period), you keep that right. Note that for digital content and services, that right can end once performance begins with your consent — for instance, once you start generating lyric videos or use purchased credits — to the extent permitted by law. Where your statutory rights give you more than this policy does, your statutory rights win.
Email [email protected] from the address on the account and tell us which payment you mean. We don't ask for a reason. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) to your original payment method, and typically appear within a few business days depending on your bank.
If something's wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
