Terms of Service

1. Who can use Reelyrics

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Reelyrics on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. What Reelyrics does

Reelyrics lets you upload an audio track and generate lyric video clips from it using automated and AI-assisted tools. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time.

3. Your account

• ●You're responsible for your login credentials and everything done under your account.
• ●Keep your contact email accurate — we use it for essential notices.
• ●Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content and the rights you give us

You keep ownership of the audio you upload and the clips you generate ("Your Content"). To run the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transcode, and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you — for example, to generate, preview, and deliver your clips. We do not use your uploaded audio to train or improve AI models. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual backup copies that expire on our normal cycle.

5. You must have the rights to what you upload

You represent and warrant that you own Your Content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload it and to create derivative lyric videos from it — including rights to the sound recording, the underlying musical composition, and the lyrics. Uploading music you don't have permission to use may infringe others' copyrights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ●Upload or generate content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
• ●Upload unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing material, or content that violates a third party's privacy or publicity rights.
• ●Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent limits or security of the service.
• ●Resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly allowed.
• ●Use the service to build a competing product or to train machine-learning models on our outputs.

7. AI-generated output

Clips are produced by automated systems and may contain errors or artifacts. You're responsible for reviewing outputs before you publish or distribute them, and for ensuring your use complies with the terms of any platform you post to and with applicable law. We make no guarantee that outputs are unique or non-infringing given the content you supply.

8. Credits, plans, and billing

• ●Paid features use credits. Subscription plans grant credits on a recurring basis; one-time credit packs are granted immediately. Credits do not expire.
• ●Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), who is the seller of record and issues your receipt and handles tax where applicable.
• ●Prices are shown at checkout and may change prospectively; changes won't affect the current paid period.

9. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same interval (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime via the customer portal link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt; access continues until the end of the paid period. 10. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Reelyrics infringes your copyright, email us at [email protected] with details identifying the work and the material at issue. We remove infringing content on valid complaints and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties (for example, payment, storage, and AI processing providers). Their terms may also apply, and we're not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reelyrics and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reelyrics and its operator from claims, damages, and costs arising out of Your Content or your breach of these Terms — including claims that Your Content infringes a third party's rights.

15. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the law, or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, content-rights warranties, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive.

16. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update the service and these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or an in-product notice) and update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. If you're a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
